A Country Club Wedding

We had so much fun this past weekend coordinating Jennifer and Stephen’s beautiful wedding held at the Saratoga Country Club.  We have planned their tennis filled, Dancing with the Stars themed wedding for 6 months now and it played out beautifully!  Their color palette was fuchsia, chartreuse and silver, colors that perfectly describe the Bride & Groom.  Here is a preview of what happened at their wedding!

The Ceremony

Jennifer and Stephen’s Wedding was set upon the Wedding Hill of Saratoga Country Club, overlooking the Saratoga Hills.  With perfect weather, a beautiful view, and a gazebo filled with flowers, their Wedding Ceremony was quaint and charming!

The Reception

Jennifer and Stephen’s Wedding Reception was held at the bottom of the hill in the Clubhouse.  The couple wanted their reception to be very personal and intimate so they filled the room with pictures of their families and of themselves, including some Tennis Stars that were photoshopped into their pictures!  The guests certainly got a kick out of those!

Escort Cards and Notes

We had so much fun with setting up the Escort and Sign-In Table.  This is where the couple’s personal and intimate personality shines through as they asked guests to leave a note on their Scrapbook Frame while providing their guests a chance to read the stories they wrote of Tennis Dreams.

DSC_0079 copyThe color palette of fuchsia and chartreuse really made the Escort Table pop.  The couple asked guests to submit baby photos and we created a “Guess Who” display for guests to see as they found their names and table seating.

The Ultimate, Charmed Cupcake Bar

The Bride made the cupcakes herself, matched to the chartreuse color palette of her wedding.  She picked out her favorite green candies from The Sweet Factory and offered a selection of toppings and green sprinkles.  It’s absolutely charming!
