A Country Club Wedding
We had so much fun this past weekend coordinating Jennifer and Stephen’s beautiful wedding held at the Saratoga Country Club. We have planned their tennis filled, Dancing with the Stars themed wedding for 6 months now and it played out beautifully! Their color palette was fuchsia, chartreuse and silver, colors that perfectly describe the Bride & Groom. Here is a preview of what happened at their wedding!
The Ceremony
Jennifer and Stephen’s Wedding was set upon the Wedding Hill of Saratoga Country Club, overlooking the Saratoga Hills. With perfect weather, a beautiful view, and a gazebo filled with flowers, their Wedding Ceremony was quaint and charming!

Fuchsia and Ivory Flower Petals lined the Wedding Aisle to a Gazebo filled with Fuschsia and Plum Flowers
Fuchsia and Chartreuse Wedding Programs doubled as fans for their guests comfort and enjoyment. The Monogram and Fans were made in-house at Charmed Events Group, LLC
The Reception
Jennifer and Stephen’s Wedding Reception was held at the bottom of the hill in the Clubhouse. The couple wanted their reception to be very personal and intimate so they filled the room with pictures of their families and of themselves, including some Tennis Stars that were photoshopped into their pictures! The guests certainly got a kick out of those!
Each table was named after a Tennis Open and Fun Facts of each corresponding Tennis Open and Pictures of the Couple surrounded the centerpiece star of cascading calillies
Personalized Menus served as Place Cards
Each guest received a unique fun fact based on the Tennis Slam that their table was named after. Not only did the individual fun facts teach them a little about tennis, there were also the perfect conversation starters.
We just had to show off the Sweetheart Table! It was simple and chic with a special arrangement of this season’s prettiest flowers. All the floral arrangements from their wedding were done by the cute and talented Young of DeYoung Floral Events
Escort Cards and Notes
We had so much fun with setting up the Escort and Sign-In Table. This is where the couple’s personal and intimate personality shines through as they asked guests to leave a note on their Scrapbook Frame while providing their guests a chance to read the stories they wrote of Tennis Dreams.
The color palette of fuchsia and chartreuse really made the Escort Table pop. The couple asked guests to submit baby photos and we created a “Guess Who” display for guests to see as they found their names and table seating.

Guests were encouraged to leave a note for the scrapbook happy couple on a black frame. This “guestbook with a twist” memorabilia became instant framed art for the couple to take home and enjoy.
Short Stories that the couple wrote were on display as well as their favorite quotes from the movie ‘Dark Night’. And, of course, the wrapped shoebox was an ode to the athleticism and simplicity of the couple.
The Ultimate, Charmed Cupcake Bar
The Bride made the cupcakes herself, matched to the chartreuse color palette of her wedding. She picked out her favorite green candies from The Sweet Factory and offered a selection of toppings and green sprinkles. It’s absolutely charming!
Don’t they look so yummy?

Thank you so much Jennifer and Stephen for allowing us to plan your special day! Can’t wait to see the rest of your Wedding Pictures!
