Oh my god, can it be true?  I have just discovered Kicks, a mobile Ice Cream catering truck that serves Sorbetto (Sorbet) Sandwiches and Gourmet Icecream Sandwiches for weddings and events!  What a delicious twist to the popular Mobile Candy Bars!  I absolutely love this idea.  Kicks serves “Sorbetto Sandwiches” with flavors like Chocolate Shortbread with Mango, Lavender Shortbread with Lemon or Berry, and Gourmet Ice cream sandwiches with any of your favorite icecream flavors.  If that isn’t enough, they also have an assortment of cookies that they sell as well.  This just may be the perfect touch for any wedding or event.  Definately am dreaming of an Icecream Mobile for my next shindig!
