Peonies are probably the most beloved flower for a Spring/Summer Bride.  I know that it is definitely one of my favorite flowers simply because they are so pretty and adorable to look at!  I wish that peonies were available all year round, but unfortunately, they only bloom for a short period of time in Spring and early Summer.  Nancy of Nancy Liu Chin Designs just did a GREAT post about the history, characteristics, and life of peonies that is very worth reading.  So with great sadness, all of us in the Wedding Realm bid adieu to the Peony and can’t wait for Spring and early Summer of next year.  We leave you with this tribute to the Peony…till next year!
