The Louis Ghost chair – the new chair that WOWS!

Move over Chiavari, there’s a new chair in town! I have recently fallen in love with the Louis Ghost Chair and find it perfect for weddings or large social events. The main characteristic of a Ghost Chair is that it is completely clear and translucent, which, from an event design perspective, doesn’t obstruct the line of view, draws maximum attention to table and reception designs and finally, brings the feeling of modern chic and classic glam to any event design. I absolutely love this concept and I think that a modern bride will love this…what do you think? Would you give high marks to the Louis Ghost Chair or do you find the Chiavari Chair to reign supreme?

Robert Fountain created exclusive printed vellum that Taylor Creative Inc. found intriguing and together, they created this work of art. I LOVE this, love the chairs and love the clear table with the patterned vellum design. This is chic!

A Graduation Fete

We had the privilege of planning and designing a Youth Graduation party this past weekend to honor high school graduates of 2009. We held the graduation banquet at the Biltmore Hotel in Santa Clara, CA and hosted 105 guests in the beautifully renovated Napa Valley Room. Guests entered a beatifully lit room and were directed to their seats via an escort table that had their names and table numbers on them and complimentary graduation bubbles. Personalized menus catered to the guests’ meal choice served as place cards and menus at their tables and beautiful carnations in graduation cap boxes adorned the table as centerpieces. Congratulations to the 2009 graduates, it was a pleasure for us to design and plan your graduation fete!

Beautiful Carnations were set in Graduation boxes atop mock graduation caps for the graduation themed fete, carnations were set around the centerpiece and candles for extra color and pizazz
