Inspired by Vineyard Weddings

Hello everyone, it’s intern Melissa here. Although it’s still early to say that it’s almost Fall, for Brides who are having Fall weddings, the time is closer than you think and that is why today I am inspired by Vineyard Weddings and motifs. There is just something so romantic and dreamy about a vineyard wedding. Maybe it’s the wine and delicious seasonal fare, or perhaps it’s the laid-back atmosphere of the surroundings and landscape that speaks largely for itself. Either way, vineyards make one of the most beautiful locations for weddings and I found some beautiful photos to prove it!

The amazing thing about a vineyard backdrop is that you can do nothing at all, and it still looks beautiful! On the flip side, a wedding at a winery can also be decorated in ways that are super contemporary, for those wishing to blend rustic and modern.

Hello lovelies, it’s intern Melissa here! My wedding do’s for this week is to not be afraid to choose a patterned theme to go along with your wedding or event color scheme. It can be fun and add some extra “umph” to your wedding design and event!

Striped patterns are pleasing to the eyes and are so diverse. They can be used in just about any wedding detail you can think of – dresses, flowers, cakes, linens, stationery, trims…well, you get the idea. Another great thing about stripes is that they come in a variety of styles, widths and fun combinations of colors. You can have thick, bold and colorful stripes or thin, classic and preppy stripes. Either way, they are sure to show off any couple’s personality when used in any amount.

Kai + Doug ENGAGED!

We are gearing up for a an amazing wedding at the Ritz Carlton, Half Moon Bay, CA this weekend so please meet our Bride and Groom to be, Kai and Doug! They recently had their engagement session at the beautiful Villa Montalvo and these pretty photos of our couple were shot by Kelvin from Geoff White Photography. We can’t wait for their wedding…think lace, wooden boxes filled with lovely flowers from the ever so fabulous Nancy of Nancy Liu Chin Designs and fabulosity, fabulosity, fabulosity!
